Data Collection & Why

 

Certain non-public personal information is collected from you [and, when applicable,

from business entities or non-profit organizations through their authorized representatives]

or obtained with your authorization. This information is necessary to complete any

financial service and to maintain the client relationship.
 

For current and former clients, A³ Financial does not disclose non-public personal information obtained in the course of practice, except as required or permitted by law. Permitted

disclosures include providing information to employees, and in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need the information to assist in providing services to you [or your organization],

including authorized officers, directors, employees, or representatives of such entities.

In all such situations, the confidential nature of this information is communicated.
 

Records of your non-public personal information are retained. The purpose of this record retention is to comply with established guidelines, expedite service requests, and facilitate completion of service. To protect the privacy of your non-public personal information, physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are maintained in compliance with applicable standards.
 

Sharing your Data

A³ Financial does not share personal information with anyone, regardless of the situation,

without your prior express written consent, except as permitted by law and as described above. Permitted disclosures may include situations to protect against fraud or credit risk,

in response to court subpoenas, or when assisting us in compliance with professional

standards or in providing tax preparation and other services to you.

 

Security

A³ Financial has in place reasonable standards of technology and operational security to

protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access,

disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized personnel, trained in privacy

obligations, are provided access to your personal information.

Data Retention

Currently, A³ Financial keeps all records indefinitely. This standard allows us to

assist you in accessing files you may not otherwise know where they are.

At a minimum, we vow to keep all records for seven (7) years.
